Do you offer customer collection for purchases?

Yes — we offer collection from our store in Pegasus, North Canterbury (by prior arrangement).

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll contact you to organise a suitable pickup time.

How long does shipping take in New Zealand?

Our typical NZ shipping times:

  • South Island: 1–2 business days
  • North Island: 3–4 business days

We dispatch quickly so your clubs arrive fast and safely packaged.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

If your tracking email doesn’t appear, please check your spam folder.

If your order seems delayed, contact us at admin@smoothshaftsgolf.co.nz — we’ll follow up with the courier on your behalf.

What is your goods returns policy?

Please choose orders carefully — we do not offer returns for change of mind.

If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us at admin@smoothshaftsgolf.co.nz.

We will inspect the returned item and, if eligible, arrange a repair, replacement, or resolution.
