Do you offer customer collection for purchases?

We do offer collection from our premises in North Canterbury for all purchases. Once the order is confirmed, we will reach out to arrange a suitable time for pickup.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Expected NZ shipping times: -
  • North Island 3-4 Business Days
  • South Island 1-2 Business Days

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, the order tracking number will be emailed through to you confirming shipment – which you can use to track your delivery. If you have not received this, please email admin@smoothshaftsgolf.co.nz

Please also check your spam folder for the tracking number.

If your order has been delayed or has not arrived when expected – please contact us at admin@smoothshaftsgolf.co.nz and we will follow this issue up with the courier

What payment methods are available?

We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Bank Transfer.

What is your goods returns policy?

Please choose your orders carefully, as we do not offer returns on change of mind for purchases.

If you have received a product that is faulty or not fit for purpose; please contact us at admin@smoothshaftsgolf.co.nz. Once the product is returned, our team will inspect the item to determine eligibility for return. If there are any faulty items eligible for repair or replacement, this will be discussed and agreed with the customer.
