We offer collection from our premises in North Canterbury for all purchases. Once the order is confirmed, we will reach out to arrange a suitable time for pickup.

What is your goods returns policy?
Please choose your orders carefully, as we do not offer returns on change of mind for purchases.
If you have received a product that is faulty or not fit for purpose; please contact us at admin@smoothshaftsgolf.co.nz. Once the product is returned, our team will inspect the item to determine eligibility for return. If there are any faulty items eligible for repair or replacement, this will be discussed and agreed with the customer.
